- Most items ordered are processed within two business days. In case of unpredictable technical problems, we will inform you about the delivery delay by email.
- We offer free delivery within the USA for all orders and free worldwide delivery only for orders 350 US dollars and up by UPS (3-5 business days). The international orders including the items on sale and reaching the total amount less than 350 US dollars will be shipped with a 45 US dollars delivery charge.
- Delivery within 3-5 business days by UPS International shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. You may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
- Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from us you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
- If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our US address. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
